1. Overview

The KidsPlay mobile application ("App") provides parents with real-time session tracking, subscription balance viewing, and notification services for children's play areas. The App does not collect personal data on its own; all data is recorded by businesses through the KidsPlay SaaS platform. The App only displays this data.

2. Data Accessed and Stored on Device

The App accesses the following data from the business's server for display purposes (this data is entered by business staff):

  • Parent and child information: Name, surname, phone number, child date of birth. This information is recorded by the business; the App only displays it.
  • Session data: Entry/exit times, play area information, and duration records.
  • Subscription balance: Remaining time and package information.

Data stored locally on the device:

  • Authentication token: Stored using encrypted storage (SecureStore) to maintain the session.
  • Push notification token: Device token is sent to the server to receive real-time notifications.
  • Language preference: App language setting is stored locally on the device.

3. Purpose of Data Use

  • Account authentication (OTP login)
  • Viewing the child's session time at the play area
  • Viewing subscription balance information
  • Receiving entry and exit push notifications
  • Reviewing session history

4. Data Storage and Security

Personal data is stored on secure servers belonging to the business. Each business (tenant) uses an isolated database; one business's data cannot be accessed by other businesses. Authentication tokens are stored on the device using encrypted storage (SecureStore). API communication is encrypted over HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not share personal data with third parties. Only the following service providers are used for technical infrastructure:

  • SMS provider: Used server-side for OTP delivery (the App does not send SMS).
  • Push notification service: Notification delivery via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs).

6. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

  • Request access to their personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of their data
  • Disable push notifications through device settings
  • Request account deletion

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to be used directly by children. Child information is entered and managed only by parents and business staff. The App does not collect data directly from users under 13 years of age.

8. Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications.
